The kitchen is fully equipped with a filter coffee machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, four gas rings, oven, toaster, dishwasher, and kettle. The dining area includes a table and chairs for six guests, while the living area comfortably accommodates six people and is equipped with air conditioning and a TV with satellite channels. From this space, there is direct access to a covered terrace furnished for six guests, overlooking the pool area. A separate toilet is also located on this level. The sleeping area on the first floor includes two double bedrooms with king-size beds measuring 180 x 200 cm, both air-conditioned and sharing access to a bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer. A twin bedroom with two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm is also located on this floor and includes air conditioning. A separate shower room is available for guest use. The ground floor offers another open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, kettle, and microwave. The dining area includes seating for six guests, while the living area accommodates six people and features air conditioning and a TV with satellite channels. From this level, guests can access a playground area with table tennis. The ground floor sleeping area includes two double bedrooms with king-size beds measuring 180 x 200 cm, both air-conditioned, and one twin bedroom with two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm, also air-conditioned. Two shower rooms are available on this level, one equipped with a washing machine and the other with a hairdryer.
