The villa is spread across two floors and thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality. The ground floor features a spacious living area with high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room. On this level, there is also a guest bathroom and one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The upper floor includes two additional bedrooms, one double and one single, along with a bathroom. This floor also offers a large terrace with sea views, providing a peaceful space to enjoy the surrounding scenery. Outside, the private garden includes an outdoor dining area, lounge furniture, a stone grill, and a saltwater pool overlooking the sea. An outdoor shower is also available.

The villa is situated in a quiet bay in Orebić on the Pelješac peninsula. The location offers peace and privacy while remaining close to the town center, which is approximately 400 meters away. Orebić is known for its maritime heritage and views toward the island of Korčula, with nearby pebble and sandy coves along the coastline.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Pets are allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 10:00. A refundable security deposit of €500 is required. Included in the stay are tourist tax, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, parking, pool maintenance every seven days, bedlinen and towel changes every seven days, a baby cot and highchair, use of two bicycles, and a boat mooring for vessels up to 10 meters.
