The primary suite includes a king bed, Smart TV, seating area, and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a large walk-in shower. Two additional king bedrooms each include Smart TVs, with one offering an en suite bathroom and the other access to a shared full bathroom with a shower. The private swimming pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for an additional fee of $95 per day. Pool heating is not available from June 1 through September 30, and due to outdoor temperatures and conditions, pool temperatures may not always reach desired levels. Pets are not allowed. There are no security cameras on the property. Stays longer than 31 days are not accepted in accordance with Arizona regulations, and extended-stay inquiries must be directed to Scottsdale Rentals directly.
