A full-size stackable washer and dryer are located in the laundry room. Up to two dogs are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $250. Smoking is not permitted. There are no security cameras on the property. Reservations exceeding 31 days are not accepted in accordance with Arizona regulations.
