The living room is furnished with two couches, accent chairs, a 55-inch Smart TV, and a decorative fireplace, creating a comfortable space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a glass-top electric range, a breakfast bar with seating for three, and a built-in wooden breakfast nook. Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining room with seating for eight guests. A dedicated game room adds extra entertainment, offering a pool table, Smart TV, and pub-style tables and chairs. The home also includes a full laundry room with a washer and dryer and provides high-speed internet throughout.

The home is located in central Scottsdale, close to popular destinations such as Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Fashion Square, and OdySea Aquarium. The area offers easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment, and family-friendly attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.

Central air conditioning and heating are provided. Reservations longer than 31 days are not accepted in accordance with local regulations.
