Nestled in the charming town of Dennis, your luxurious retreat offers easy access to a wealth of local attractions. You're just minutes away from some of Cape Cod's best beaches, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and building sandcastles. Explore the local dining scene with a variety of restaurants offering fresh seafood and other culinary delights. For your convenience, shops and markets are also nearby for all your needs. The neighborhood itself boasts a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for a peaceful getaway, while still being close to the vibrant attractions that Cape Cod has to offer. Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The heated pool and spa are open from April 20th. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. We are a pet-free home. Parking is available in the garage. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours. For any assistance or questions during your stay, please contact us via the platform messaging system. Pool & Spa- Please note the pool and spa are on set timers throughout the day for when the units are heated. Both the pool and spa share one heating element therefore they CAN'T both be heated at the same time. The schedules for the heat will be located on the kitchen island next to the house rules, please be sure to review them upon check in so you are aware. If you would like any specific changes to the schedule please reach out to your host to put in this request. The pool is heated to 80 degrees from 9am-7pm. The spa is heated to 104 degrees between 7pm-9pm, this includes the jets and the blower and overspill. The waterfall is functional between the hours of 6pm-8pm. (please note the pool cover must be opened for this feature to work, if the pool cover is closed the waterfall will not come on)
