The house includes an entrance hall, a bright living room with a double kitchen semi-open to the dining room, a lounge with a fireplace, and a separate TV and reading room. On the ground floor there is a master suite with dressing room, shower room and toilet, a children’s dormitory with two double beds, foosball table, shower room and toilet, and a laundry room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms or shower rooms, and a children’s TV lounge with a sofa bed. An annex provides an additional bedroom with shower room and toilet. The sunny enclosed garden features an 11 x 3 meter heated swimming pool equipped with an electric cover, open from April to the All Saints’ Day holidays. There is a covered patio, terrace, wooden decking, griddle, ping-pong table and parking for two cars, with additional parking next to the house.
