The villa features a landscaped garden with a private pool framed by bougainvillaea and views of the Arabian Gulf and Atlantis. Inside, the lounge includes two large sofas and armchairs, complemented by expansive garden views through multiple windows. The dining area serves as a central gathering space with a table that comfortably seats eight guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for a seamless stay and includes a separate breakfast area for more intimate meals. The master bedroom is located on the top floor along with the four additional bedrooms. It offers a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower. The four other bedrooms each feature queen-size beds, premium bedding, bedside tables with lamps, fitted wardrobes, and en suite bathrooms with bathtubs and shower facilities. A maid’s room is also available with two single beds, a wardrobe, and a private en suite bathroom with a standing shower.

Palm Jumeirah is known for its collection of luxury hotels and attractions, including Atlantis the Palm, Nobu restaurant, Aquaventure Water Park, and The Lost Chambers. Nearby, Club Vista Mare offers a selection of waterfront restaurants along a pier extending over the sea. A short taxi ride connects guests to Dubai Marina and JBR, while slightly longer journeys lead to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and DIFC for additional shopping and dining experiences.
