The kitchen includes a large folding aluminum door that connects directly to the outdoor pool area and a kitchen island with two stools. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a dining table for up to eight guests is also located on this level. There is a communal bathroom with a walk-in shower. An open-plan loft accessed by stairs extends above the living area and contains two twin-size beds measuring 0.80 x 2.00 meters. The first floor also provides access to a balcony with a dining table and partial views of the sea and mountains. Outdoors guests will find a private swimming pool measuring 19.64 square meters with a depth of 1.50 meters. The pool can be heated upon request during certain periods of the year. The outdoor area also includes sun loungers, umbrellas, a double daybed, and an outdoor shower.
