The villa features an open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa, a 50-inch satellite Smart TV, and direct access to the pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide space for preparing and enjoying meals, with the dining area accommodating four guests. The ground floor includes a bedroom with twin-size beds that can be converted into a king-size bed upon request. This bedroom has air conditioning, a hairdryer, and direct access to the yard. A shared bathroom with a shower is also located on this level. The upper floor features a second bedroom with a king-size bed, air conditioning, and a hairdryer. A bathroom with a shower is available on this level. The outdoor area measures approximately 93 m² and includes a private swimming pool measuring 12.5 m², with dimensions of 2.5 by 5 metres and a depth of 1.4 metres. Sun loungers, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and a gas barbecue are provided. An outdoor dining table offers space for all guests to enjoy meals outside while taking in the mountain views.

The villa is located in Imbros, in the Sfakia region of Chania, at an altitude of approximately 780 metres in the foothills of the Lefka Ori mountains. The surrounding area offers a peaceful rural atmosphere, with opportunities for hiking, exploration, and cultural experiences. A taverna is approximately 130 metres away, while a minimarket and ATM are each approximately 160 metres away. A supermarket is located 5 km away, a gas station 5.1 km away, a bakery 5.3 km away, and a pharmacy 27.4 km away.

The swimming pool can be heated upon request. From May until 15 June and from September through October, pool heating is available free of charge, reaching approximately 26–27°C depending on weather conditions. Three days' advance notice is required. From 16 June until the end of August, pool heating is available at an additional cost. The sofa measures 1.10 by 2.20 metres and is suitable for adults or children. The villa is part of a complex of three independent villas, consisting of two two-bedroom villas and one three-bedroom villa. A climate crisis resilience fee applies at €15 per villa per night from April through October and €4 per villa per night from November through March. This fee is payable in cash upon arrival.
