The space

The main villa spans three levels with five en-suite bedrooms, all featuring air conditioning, private verandas, and sea views. The top level houses the master suite with a dressing room and two verandas. The entrance level offers an open-plan kitchen, expansive living and dining areas, a fireplace, multiple terraces, pergolas, a pool bar, and BBQ area. The ground level has four en-suite bedrooms with sea views and a separate entrance for convenience. A private infinity pool, carved granite surroundings, a wood-fired pizza oven, geothermal floor heating and cooling, and numerous terraces and lounges enhance relaxation. Adjacent to the main villa is an independent guest house that accommodates a family of 2+2 and a fully equipped staff studio. The estate includes a bio vegetable garden, ample parking, and proximity to a small beach (500m) and a helipad (200m).
