Each bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, Smart TV, working desk, and closet space, with direct access to a balcony, outdoor area, or lounge. The second floor is dedicated to the master suite, featuring a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower, a sitting area, and direct access to a furnished terrace of 62 sqm with sea and sunset views. Three independent guesthouses provide additional autonomy. The Church House includes a kitchenette, king-size bedroom with ensuite bathroom featuring two walk-in showers, and a private patio with seating and BBQ. The Garden House offers a small living area with convertible sofa beds upon request for groups above sixteen people, a kitchenette, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a private patio near the pool. A climate resilience fee applies as mandated by law, costing 15€ per night per villa from April to October and 4€ per night per villa from November to March, payable in cash upon arrival. Upon request, the outdoor area can host weddings, events, and parties for up to 120 guests at an additional cost payable via bank transfer ten days before arrival. The fee covers use of the outdoor space and an additional cleaning service the following day. A damage deposit is required and refunded on departure if no damages occur.
