Warm Mountain Chalet Near Ski Lifts

The property is arranged across three levels. The ground floor features a wellness area with a sauna and a TV corner, along with a ski room and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine. The first floor contains an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and lounge that opens onto a terrace and small garden, as well as a shower room with a toilet. The top floor contains the sleeping areas, including two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom (one with a balcony) and a large family room divided into a children’s area with bunk beds and a parents’ area with a double bed, also with a bathroom. A private outdoor car park is available, and winter access may require special snow equipment due to a steep access road.

The chalet is located in the Chamonix Valley, a well-known alpine destination situated between major mountain ranges and close to France, Switzerland, and Italy. The area is known for skiing in winter across multiple ski areas and for hiking and cable car access to high-altitude viewpoints in summer, including Aiguille du Midi and Brévent.
