The space

Located at the rear of the villa, the dining room overlooks the pool and tropical garden and connects directly to a slightly lowered terrace via a wide staircase. It also provides access to the staircase leading to the bedrooms, the bar and coffee pantry, and the fully equipped kitchen. Large sliding windows on both sides create excellent natural ventilation while offering plenty of daylight and views of the pool, sun deck, and surrounding landscaped slope.

Located on a quiet side road close to the city center, the villa offers a peaceful setting surrounded by lush greenery while remaining within easy walking distance of restaurants and the main tourist areas. The property's generous grounds and secluded location provide excellent privacy.
