Las Brisas allows you to be close to both the Diamond Zone and the Coastal Zone. For many people the best views of the Bay can be seen from this point of the port. Security is strict and access to the subdivision is very controlled. There are security personnel at various points in the subdivision. There is also a great offer of restaurants, nightclubs, pharmacies and shops near the property. Inside Las Brisas there is a small store but with a great variety of basic necessity products just 3 minutes from the villa by car.

During your stay, our house manager and housekeeper will be available to assist you. If needed, we can also provide a cook for $45 USD ($700 MXN) per day and a waiter for $35 USD ($600 MXN) per day, with a minimum of 2 nights. For groups of 15+ guests, one additional staff member is required, and for 20+ guests, a second additional staff member is required.
