Luxury Alpine Retreat With Matterhorn Views

The residence combines contemporary design with warm alpine details and natural materials. The spacious open-plan living area features smoked oak herringbone flooring, sofas, consoles and designer furnishings, together with an open fireplace, OLED TV with soundbar and south-facing balconies overlooking the Matterhorn. The dining area has a walnut dining table with seating for up to 12 guests. The handcrafted birch-wood kitchen is fully equipped with V-ZUG appliances, including an oven, combi-oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine and wine fridge. Above the kitchen, the mezzanine snug provides an additional space with a TV and sofa and can also be used as an occasional sleeping area with a double sofa bed. There are four king bedrooms. The box-sprung beds can be arranged as super-king doubles or twin beds. Each bedroom has handmade birch wardrobes, natural wool carpets and underfloor heating. The two principal bedroom bathrooms each have a bath, separate shower and WC. The additional bedrooms have private shower rooms with Cielo basins, bespoke cabinetry and WC. All floors can be accessed by an oak spiral staircase or private lift.

The residence is located in the exclusive Alpine village of Zermatt, with views of the Matterhorn and Höhbalmen. The Klein Matterhorn Express is approximately 100 metres away, while the centre of the village is an 8-minute walk from the residence.
