This traditional chalet is located 300 metres from the centre of Chamonix and 400 metres from the slopes. It offers 190 m² of space and can accommodate up to 8 guests across four bedrooms. The chalet features exposed beams, old wood and furnishings that give it a rustic character. Large bay windows in the living area and bedrooms provide plenty of natural light, while the property also offers a Mont Blanc view and a quiet environment. There is a large living room with a decorative central fireplace that is not usable, an equipped open kitchen connected to the dining area, a ski room and private outdoor parking.

The space

The chalet has four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have access to the garden. The living areas include a dining room, an open equipped kitchen, a terrace and a TV lounge, with an additional TV lounge in the mezzanine. The chalet has two independent bathrooms, one with a shower and single basin and the other with a bathtub and single basin. There are also two separate toilets, a laundry room and a ski room. The kitchen is equipped with a cooking surface, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, barbecue, fondue appliance and raclette machine. Other household equipment includes an iron, ironing board, kitchen exhaust hood, washing machine and vacuum cleaner.

The neighbourhood

The chalet is in the Chamonix area, situated between the Aiguilles Rouges nature reserve and Mont Blanc, at the crossroads between France, Switzerland and Italy. Chamonix has approximately 14,000 year-round inhabitants and more than 80,000 tourist beds. The accommodation is 300 metres from the centre and has a Mont Blanc view.

Pets are not allowed. A baby cot is available on request and is not included as standard. The central fireplace in the living room is decorative and cannot be used. During winter, the access road is quite steep and special snow equipment is required for the car. The accommodation has a private outdoor parking space and a ski locker.
