Alpine Chalet With Fireplace and Hot Tub

The chalet is arranged over three floors, with the main entrance located on the upper floor at road level. The entrance opens into a welcoming hallway with a vaulted ceiling, leading to a sitting and cinema room with mountain views. This room features L-shaped sofas, a log fireplace, and a home cinema system, providing a comfortable space to relax. The upper floor also contains a ski and boot room with heated boot and glove warmers, a guest toilet, and access to the garage. The middle floor features a modern, open-plan kitchen and dining area. Two floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open onto a south-facing terrace with a hot tub and views of Méribel town centre, the surrounding mountains, and the ski slopes. The dining table accommodates 12 people and can be separated into two tables seating six each. There is also a cosy seating area with a small coffee table and a second television connected to English and French TV channels. A utility room and one bedroom are also located on this floor. The lower floor contains the remaining three bedrooms. One bedroom has a small terrace leading to the landscaped garden, while another offers direct garden access. The chalet's bedrooms can be arranged as twin beds or king-size doubles, depending on guests' needs. All four bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms, with a combination of walk-in showers, toilets, and bathtubs.

The chalet is located in Méribel, a mountain resort in the French Alps known for its traditional Savoyard architecture, alpine scenery, and access to the Les 3 Vallées ski area. The resort offers skiing and other seasonal activities, along with sporting and cultural events throughout the year. The centre of Méribel is approximately 600 metres away, offering convenient access to the resort's central area.
