An additional €100 per stay is charged for energy costs for air conditioning and heating throughout the year. Additional cleaning beyond twice a week is available at €100 per additional cleaning. A shopping service before arrival is available on request. A baby set consisting of a baby crib and high chair can be provided for €10 per set per night. The jacuzzi water quality will be checked two to three times a week and will be in good condition upon arrival. If the water quality becomes unsuitable during the stay and the water needs to be changed, a €50 fee will be charged. Children are allowed.
