The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area with a sofa and satellite Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 4 guests, and a communal bathroom with shower. Direct access to the pool area and large windows and openings allow daylight to enter the space.
The first floor includes two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a private balcony with sea view, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has twin-size beds, air conditioning, a private balcony with mountain view, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. An attic level provides a third sleeping area with a single bed, wardrobe, and fan.
The outdoor area includes a private 27 sqm swimming pool with a depth of 1.60 metres, sun loungers, umbrellas, a charcoal barbecue, outdoor dining area, and private parking space for two cars.

The property is pet-friendly. Pets are welcome only upon request, and an additional fee may apply. Guests are asked to inform the host in advance if they wish to bring a pet.
From 2024, as stated in Article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis of €15 per night per villa from April to October and €4 per night per villa from November to March. This fee is paid in cash upon arrival.
