The villa offers 110 sqm of living area and 75 sqm of outdoor space. The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area with a sofa and satellite Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 4 guests, and a communal bathroom with shower. Large openings allow natural light into the space and provide direct access to the swimming pool.
The first floor features two bedrooms, each with air conditioning, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and sea view, while the second has twin-size beds and mountain view. An attic provides a third sleeping area with a single bed, wardrobe, and fan.
The outdoor area includes a private 27 sqm swimming pool with a depth of 1.60 metres, sun loungers, umbrellas, a charcoal barbecue, an outdoor dining area, and private parking for two cars.
