The space
The chalet has a living area of approximately 305 m², with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, set on a 735 m² plot. The ground floor features the main entrance, a generous ski room, two en-suite bedrooms with double beds, and a children's dormitory with two sets of bunk beds and its own en-suite bathroom.
The first floor features a light-filled, open-plan living space of approximately 110 m², with an open kitchen flowing into the dining area, a living room with a fireplace, a dedicated TV corner, and a guest cloakroom.
The second floor is occupied by a master suite of approximately 45 m², extending across the full width of the chalet to benefit from natural light. It includes a double bed and a particularly spacious en-suite bathroom.
A private annex has been converted into a wellness area featuring a sauna, massage room, shower, and WC. A Nordic bath is also available on one of the terraces.
The neighbourhood
The chalet enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding mountain peaks and is situated near the Rochebrune ski area. The Rochebrune gondola is the nearest lift, and the property offers ski-in access for confident skiers via one of the Rochebrune slopes. The village center is approximately 30 minutes away on foot or five minutes by car.

Things to note
The chalet is available for both winter and summer stays throughout the year. The rental includes four hours of housekeeping per week, end-of-stay cleaning, and check-in and check-out inspections conducted in the presence of a chalet manager, with photographic and video documentation.
Additional household staff can be arranged upon request, including a butler, nanny, private chef, housekeeper, or full-time chambermaid. A private ski instructor is also available as an optional service.
Three-day weekend stays are accepted during the low season. Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday, and longer stays are available for the full winter or summer season, as well as for periods in between.
