Ground floor: On the ground floor is an apartment with separate entrance. However, an interior staircase also leads to the upper two floors of the house. It has a bedroom with double boxspring bed, flat screen TV, fitted wardrobe and a direct access to a very large terrace with outdoor fireplace. Modern fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and large dining table. Utility room with washing machine / tumbler. Bathroom with WC / shower, washbasin. Accessible to all, on the ground floor is a beautiful sauna with a diving pool. Behind the house is a raised quiet garden. The house has direct access to the infinity pool. IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE POOL: The pool is only available upon request. It’s the private family pool of the owners. They let the guests use the pool if and when they are not around. Every guest had the chance to use it at least once during their stay. But you need to know that it’s not yours to use in general.
