The home spans 160 m² across three floors. On the main floor, you'll find a cozy open-plan living room with comfortable sofas, a TV, and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen opens up to the outdoor terrace and private garden. This floor also features a bedroom with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two additional bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (bathtub and toilet) and a second bedroom with two single beds plus a bunk bed. There is also a second bathroom with a shower on this floor. The basement houses a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Outside, the private garden (200 m²) includes deckchairs for sunbathing and a shaded, covered terrace for enjoying meals outdoors.

The property is located just 1 km from the village center of Meina, where guests can visit the local bakery, grocery store, and several restaurants. The lively town of Arona, located 5 km away, offers more dining, shopping, and lakeside activities. From Arona, you can take a ferry to explore the various attractions around Lake Maggiore. Nearby, the town of Stresa (11 km away) is one of the most popular tourist destinations, known for its regular ferries to the famous Borromean Islands.

There is a mandatory security deposit of 1,000 euros, which is refundable. Cleaning services cost 300 euros per week, and bed linens, towels, and pool linen are an additional 120 euros per week. The pool is open seasonally from June to September, so please confirm dates before booking. Pets and parties are not allowed.
