Studio: 1 living room (convertible to a bedroom), 1 bedroom, a kitchenette, and a shared shower room. The studio can function as a private 1-bedroom apartment or as two separate bedrooms, each with direct outdoor access. Outdoor Areas: A heated saltwater pool within a secure child-proof enclosure, a beautifully landscaped tropical garden, a large BBQ area, and a spacious terrace with a sea glimpse and views of the Cap Camarat lighthouse.

The villa is perfectly located in Ramatuelle, just south of Saint-Tropez. This area is known for its breathtaking coastline, crystal-clear waters, and vibrant beach club scene. The villa is just a 5-minute walk to Pampelonne Beach, renowned for its shallow waters and scenic beauty.
