The space
This three bedroom, two bathroom villa is located within a short distance of the ever-popular Moraira and enjoys a beautiful large plot and private pool.
Moraira town offers a wide range of bars, restaurants, shops and a sandy beach. Locally there are a wide range of water-sports available including boat hire, kayaking, diving, and snorkelling.
Casa Del sleeps up to 6 people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are two doubles, one with an en-suite, and a twin bedroom, perfect for adults and children alike. There is a large lounge and a fully equipped kitchen/diner which opens out onto a terrace and beautiful outdoor kitchen, with tables and chairs perfect for outdoor dining. The outside space at Casa Del is the perfect place to relax and truly unwind. Soak up the sun beside your own private swimming pool with views towards the Mediterranean Sea and the Penon y Ifach rock in Calpe. This property comes with split hot/cold air conditioning, fast fibre internet, TV, and a washing machine for guests’ use.
It is a 20 minute drive to Javea’s Arenal Beach. It is a 35 minute drive to the bustling town of Denia where it is possible to get a ferry across to Ibiza and Majorca.
