The space
This 150 m² contemporary villa is spread over two levels and features a spacious 50 m² open-plan living area on the ground floor, including a bright lounge, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen—all opening onto a terrace and private pool. A ground-floor master suite (bed 180x200 cm) has direct terrace access and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, another master suite (180x200 cm) includes a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a sea-view terrace. The second upstairs bedroom (160x200 cm) has its own shower room, while a cabin room with bunk beds (90x200 cm) provides extra space for children. Each bedroom, apart from the cabin, is equipped with a TV, and there is a designated play area for kids. Air conditioning runs throughout the villa.
