Nearby Beaches: Seagull Beach – The largest and most popular beach in Yarmouth. Offers plenty of parking, lifeguards, restrooms, showers, and a snack bar. Great for families and long beach days. Smugglers/Bass River Beach – Located at the mouth of Bass River, this beach features a boat ramp, fishing pier, and picnic area. There are restrooms and a snack stand during the summer. Parker’s River Beach – A family-friendly beach with a playground, gazebo, seasonal restrooms, and food concessions. Perfect for a beach day with kids. Sea View Beach – A quieter spot with scenic views and a more relaxed atmosphere. Includes picnic tables and seasonal facilities. Bayview Beach – A smaller beach near Hyannis Harbor, ideal for watching boats and catching the sunset. Limited facilities, but peaceful and scenic.

Please adhere to these times so we can prepare for incoming guests. Complimentary parking is available on-site. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. We welcome families with children and infants. Your safety is important; the house is equipped with a smoke detector, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher. Kindly dispose of trash in the designated bins before leaving. Outdoor amenities include a sauna, hot tub, and fire pit. If you need assistance, please use the messaging system on the booking platform. Photos of the outdoor spaces will be added soon as we finish the renewal and projects for TOP amenities. Hot Tub Instructions We’re delighted to provide a private hot tub for your enjoyment! To ensure a safe and relaxing experience, please follow these guidelines: Using the Hot Tub Remove the cover carefully and place it on the holder/stand provided. Please do not leave it on the ground. Before entering, rinse off in the outdoor shower to keep the water clean. Limit soak time to 15–20 minutes at a time, and stay hydrated. Maximum of 4–6 guests in the tub at once (depending on size). After Use Replace and secure the cover tightly to keep the heat in and prevent debris from entering. Do not leave the hot tub uncovered when not in use. Safety Guidelines Children under 12 are not permitted in the hot tub. No glassware in or near the tub — please use plastic cups provided. Do not use oils, soaps, or bubble bath in the water (they damage the system). Pregnant guests or those with health concerns should consult a physician before use. Absolutely no diving or jumping into the hot tub. Maintenance Our team will check and maintain the hot tub regularly during your stay. Enjoy and relax responsibly! House Rules: • No parties or events. • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (neighborhood policy). • No smoking or vaping inside the home. • Hot tub must be used responsibly — no glass near the tub. • Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the bunk room and outdoors. • Pets: (Communicate with the host if pets are allowed and will be adjusted). • Only registered guests are allowed on the property. • Please bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bin. • Check-out is at 10 AM unless otherwise approved.
