There is also an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, stove, refrigerator, and sink, ideal for preparing outdoor meals. The villa is on two levels and has been tastefully and elegantly renovated by the owners.L Only 100 meters from the property, there are marked hiking trails through the Camaiore area, offering opportunities to immerse oneself in the surrounding nature. The sandy beaches of Versilia are easily reached by car in about 15 minutes. It is also recommended to visit the historic center of Camaiore, the art cities of Pisa and Lucca, and the town of Pietrasanta, famous for its art exhibitions and the works of a well-known international artist.
